I express my gratitudes every night before I fall asleep. I think about what I am thankful for and I try to pay that forward to other people so that the gratitude can move over more people and more people like a giant wave of love 😉

I like to get up and thank my bed in the morning, even my pillow, for a good night sleep. It kind of starts me up with a mind frame of appreciation and gratitude. During the day if I feel myself being pulled to negative thoughts, complaint patterns and worries I take a minute to remember what I’m grateful for, my family, my son, my husband, my home, my fur babies, my work, my health etc. and it helps shift my focus.

I am eternally grateful for nature. I express that by taking and sharing my photos. I am also eternally grateful for life, I feel I express that in everything I do, especially in my writing.
